  1. Conducting thorough analysis and evaluations of product reliability to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  2. Developing and implementing reliability testing protocols and procedures to ensure product performance and longevity.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product development process.
  4. Participating in design reviews and providing input on potential reliability concerns.
  5. Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to address reliability issues.
  6. Utilizing statistical methods and data analysis to assess and improve product reliability.
  7. Staying up-to-date on industry standards and best practices related to reliability engineering.
  8. Communicating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and reliability of components and materials.
  9. Developing and maintaining reliability metrics to track and report on product performance.
  10. Providing technical expertise and support to other teams and departments within the organization.
  11. Continuously seeking out opportunities to optimize and improve product reliability.
  12. Representing the PDS division in cross-functional meetings and discussions related to product reliability.
  13. Mentoring and coaching junior engineers and team members on reliability engineering principles and practices.
  14. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to product reliability.
  15. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the PDS division through innovative ideas and solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Reliability Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment

  • Knowledge And Experience With Reliability Tools And Methodologies Such As Fmea, Root Cause Analysis, And Failure Analysis

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Product Reliability, Such As Iso 9001 And Iec 61010

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Improvements To Enhance Product Reliability And Performance.
