- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed production records and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address any production issues or inefficiencies.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for production.
- Assist with training new team members on production processes and equipment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously strive to improve production processes and make suggestions for efficiency and cost savings.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Manufacturing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Demonstrated Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Manufacturing Equipment.
Strong Understanding Of Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practices) And Quality Control Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
