MQC Technician - 1st Shift

- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain the quality control process, including creating and updating procedures and documentation.
- Utilize technical skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with product quality.
- Monitor and record data from quality checks, and communicate any deviations or trends to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and calibrations to ensure accuracy and reliability of quality checks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the quality control area.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a high level of quality control.
- Train and mentor new team members on quality control processes and procedures.
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing accurate and timely information on quality control processes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in quality control to suggest and implement improvements in the company's processes.
Technical Expertise: A Mqc Technician Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Knowledge And Experience In Operating And Troubleshooting Analytical Equipment Such As Mass Spectrometers, Chromatography Systems, And Other Laboratory Instruments.
Attention To Detail: The Role Involves Performing Complex Analytical Procedures And Analyzing Large Amounts Of Data. Therefore, Strong Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accuracy And Precision In The Results Obtained.
