  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various mechanical equipment and machinery.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and equipment.
  3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify and resolve complex mechanical problems.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
  7. Order and maintain inventory of necessary tools and equipment.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in mechanical technology and techniques.

  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  11. Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
  12. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

  15. Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts and materials.

  19. Contribute to the development and implementation of new equipment and processes.
  20. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Additional Technical Education Or Training In Mechanics, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Automotive Technology Or Industrial Mechanics.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Mechanic, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.

  • Proficient In Reading And Interpreting Mechanical Schematics, Blueprints, And Technical Manuals.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Mechanical Issues.

  • Familiarity With Computerized Maintenance Management Systems And Experience Using Hand And Power Tools.
