Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Process Development Role Within The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working Within A Regulated Environment.
Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Data Interpretation, Including Experience With Design Of Experiments (Doe) And Process Validation.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And Across Departments To Drive Continuous Improvement And Ensure Product Quality.
