  1. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments to production schedules as needed to avoid stock shortages or overages.
  4. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Communicate production schedules and any changes to relevant teams and stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to production planning and scheduling.
  7. Continuously evaluate and update the production planning and scheduling process to improve overall effectiveness.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production schedules, inventory levels, and any other relevant data.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to management on production progress, challenges, and successes.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on production planning and scheduling processes.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing planning and scheduling to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential production delays or issues to minimize impact on delivery timelines.
  14. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in production schedules and inventory management.
  15. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
  16. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the production planning and scheduling process.
  17. Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to improve overall company operations and customer satisfaction.
  18. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
