- Coordinate and plan the production process to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Work closely with the production team to develop and maintain production schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials and supplies as needed to support production.
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication between departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production schedules, materials, and inventory.
- Proactively identify and resolve any production issues or delays to minimize disruptions to the production process.
- Continuously review and update production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.
- Monitor and track production metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning and scheduling to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Production Planning And Scheduling In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience With Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
Proficiency In Using Erp Systems And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams To Meet Production Goals And Deadlines.
