Experience In A Manufacturing Environment: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In Manufacturing Operations, With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
Leadership Skills: As A Lead Operator, This Role Will Require The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Production Workers, Ensuring That They Meet Production Goals And Maintain Quality Standards.
Knowledge Of Quality Control Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Control Processes, Including Experience With Iso And Cgmp Standards, To Ensure That Products Meet Company And Regulatory Requirements.
Technical Proficiency: This Position Will Require The Use Of Various Manufacturing Equipment And Software, So Candidates Should Have A Strong Technical Aptitude And Be Comfortable Using Technology To Complete Tasks.
