- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure continuous production.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production updates, issues, and concerns.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Production Issues.
Proficient In Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings, Diagrams, And Specifications.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Production Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Production Operators.
