  1. Oversee the production process on the 2nd shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  2. Lead a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure maximum productivity and quality.
  3. Monitor production output and quality control metrics to identify and address any issues or improvements needed.
  4. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality control, to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
  6. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or failures in a timely manner.
  7. Ensure all production processes and procedures are followed accurately and in accordance with company standards.
  8. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  9. Train and coach team members on proper production techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
  10. Complete and maintain all necessary production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  11. Make recommendations for process improvements and assist in implementing new processes or procedures as needed.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  13. Stay current on industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to improve production processes and efficiency.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and goals.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
