- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot process issues.
- Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of manufacturing problems and implement effective solutions.
- Lead and support projects to implement new processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Manufacturing Engineer At Thermo Fisher Scientific Should Have At Least A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Such As Mechanical, Industrial, Or Electrical Engineering. This Education Provides A Strong Foundation In Technical Skills And Knowledge Necessary For The Role.
