Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Biotechnology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Leadership Role, Preferably In A Scientific Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Technologies And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Guidance And Make Informed Decisions For The Technical Unit.
