  1. Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality objectives are met.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation of quality management systems, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  6. Train and educate employees on quality management systems and processes to ensure understanding and adherence to standards.
  7. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to quality management systems, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met for all incoming materials and components.
  11. Participate in regulatory and customer audits, providing necessary documentation and responses to ensure compliance.
  12. Monitor and manage the budget for quality management systems, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
  13. Maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Chemistry, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In A Regulated Industry Such As Medical Devices Or Pharmaceuticals.

  • Strong Understanding And Working Knowledge Of Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Quality Management Systems, Including Process Improvements And Risk Management.
