- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality management systems, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Train and educate employees on quality management systems and processes to ensure understanding and adherence to standards.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to quality management systems, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met for all incoming materials and components.
- Participate in regulatory and customer audits, providing necessary documentation and responses to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and manage the budget for quality management systems, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
- Maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards, at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Chemistry, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In A Regulated Industry Such As Medical Devices Or Pharmaceuticals.
Strong Understanding And Working Knowledge Of Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Quality Management Systems, Including Process Improvements And Risk Management.
