3. Oversee the planning, tracking, and coordination of projects within the Life Sciences Solutions Group.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
5. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
6. Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Communicate project updates and status to key stakeholders.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Lead and facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are followed through.
10. Mentor and coach project managers to improve their project management skills.
11. Develop and maintain project management tools and templates to support efficient project execution.
12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in project management.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
14. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.
