We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our PPI Business System (Continuous Improvement) team. This individual will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout our organization and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.   1. Lead and manage the PPI Business System team in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans to address them.
  4. Train and coach employees at all levels on the principles and techniques of the PPI Business System.
  5. Monitor and track progress of continuous improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  8. Communicate and present progress and results of continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.
  9. Stay current on industry best practices and incorporate them into the PPI Business System.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and continuously seek their input and feedback on improvement opportunities.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  12. Identify and implement strategies to sustain and continuously improve the PPI Business System.
  13. Mentor and develop team members to support their professional growth and career advancement.
  14. Collaborate with other managers and departments to align continuous improvement efforts with overall business goals.
  15. Other duties as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives And Driving Results.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Principles, Six Sigma Methodology, And Other Process Improvement Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
