Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In Operations Or Supply Chain Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience Using Erp Or Other Operational Systems.
