Manager, Metrology

We are looking for a talented Manager, Metrology to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for using the latest technologies to improve our products and processes.The successful Manager, Metrology will be responsible for overseeing the calibration, maintenance, and repair of all metrology and measurement devices across all of our locations. This includes developing and implementing plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our metrology equipment, as well as developing and managing staff to ensure that all maintenance and calibration are completed on a timely basis.To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in Metrology, Quality Assurance, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You must also have proven leadership and management experience, as well as the ability to work with all levels of staff and management. Responsibilities:
