Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Manufacturing Or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role In The Manufacturing Industry, Preferably In A Scientific Or Medical Device Company.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of Engineers.
