  1. Oversee the distribution process for all Thermo Fisher Scientific products, including coordination with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers worldwide, meeting or exceeding established delivery targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement distribution strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze distribution metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all aspects of distribution, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes.
  6. Lead and develop a team of distribution staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, transportation partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in distribution management, implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences and incorporate them into distribution strategies.
  10. Support compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to product distribution, including safety, security, and environmental requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Distribution Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Inventory Management, Warehousing, And Transportation.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Distribution Personnel.

  • Proficiency In Using Distribution Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, To Track And Optimize Distribution Operations.
