Builds and executes the global digital marketing strategy and tactical plans designed to exceed annual business objectives. Establishes and maintains scalable processes that guarantee best practices in digital program development (paid advertisement, marketing automation, digital events, web, SEO…). Ensures compliance with regulatory and privacy policies. Coordinates with Marketing leadership for annual operating plan (AOP) and digital marketing program budget allocation. Manages and adheres to AOP digital marketing budget as assigned. Drives data analysis on digital campaigns allowing to support campaigns optimization. Manages digital vendors and agencies selection and management that contribute to marketing program effectiveness and ROI. Develop the digital marketing talents that will grow into our digital leaders of tomorrow. Attract new talents to expand team capabilities.
