- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel and OEM partnership strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure maximum value and growth for both parties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and support to partners to achieve mutual goals.
- Negotiate and finalize contract agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in channel and OEM management to continuously improve strategies and processes.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure a high-performing and results-driven channel and OEM management team.
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges in partnerships to maintain positive and productive relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote and establish new partnerships.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies by providing insights and recommendations based on partnership activities and results.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Channel And Oem Management, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Relationships With Channel Partners And Oem Customers.
Strong Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Strategies For Distribution And Oem Channels.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
