
Lead Site Specialist

- Oversee and coordinate all site activities, including but not limited to laboratory operations, inventory management, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines, including but not limited to FDA, ISO, and OSHA.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of laboratory technicians and site personnel, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and keeping track of usage and expiration dates.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Act as a liaison between the site and corporate headquarters, providing regular updates and reports on site operations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate site processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in their roles.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and taking appropriate action in the event of any safety concerns.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biotechnology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Scientific Or Laboratory Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Site Management And Operations, Including Inventory Control, Logistics, And Quality Control.
Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Compliance, Such As Iso, Fda, And Gmp Guidelines.
