Lead QA Lab Technician

Under the direction of the Quality Control Manager, the Sr.QA Lab Technician is responsible for maintaining test sample logs and performing testing such as Liquid Particulate, Endotoxin and RNase/DNase for product release. This position also prepares laboratory reagents, solutions, and test articles in support of QA Lab testing following established QA Lab procedures. Tests for contamination; Endotoxin, Nuclease, and Particulate. Immunological tests for antibody surface binding. Cell Culture tests (Including Maintenance of stock cell lines). Microbiological tests supporting sterilization validations such as Bioburden verification, sterility and dose audits. Conduct experimental evaluations and assist in their design as assigned. Validate procedures and equipment used in quality evaluations.
