- Oversee and manage the daily operations of our manufacturing processes.
- Ensure that all production activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and quality control measures.
- Lead a team of operators and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot any production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures and regulations.
- Train new operators and provide ongoing training for current employees to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and engineering, to improve processes and resolve any issues.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, including efficiency, yield, and quality, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in manufacturing to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Equipment, And Materials, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem Solve.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Erp Systems And Other Manufacturing Software.
Familiarity With Safety Regulations And Procedures, With A Commitment To Maintaining A Safe And Efficient Working Environment.
