
Lead Manufacturing Technician

- Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Train and mentor manufacturing technicians on best practices and procedures.
- Evaluate current processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicate with management on production progress, issues, and opportunities.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to manufacturing technicians.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Identify and implement training programs to continuously improve the skills and knowledge of the manufacturing team.
- Participate in the hiring process for new manufacturing technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production processes and procedures.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Equipment, And Quality Control Measures.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues That May Arise During Production.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Delegate Tasks To Ensure Efficient Production.
Familiarity With Regulatory Standards And Compliance Requirements, Such As Iso And Cgmp, To Maintain Quality Standards And Ensure Adherence To Regulations.
