  1. Oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure that all quality standards and product specifications are met during the production process.
  3. Train and guide a team of technicians to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
  4. Monitor and track production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
  6. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team.
  7. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  8. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members, and conduct performance evaluations.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with management, team members, and other stakeholders to provide updates on production status and any potential issues.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and ethical standards.
