In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of biostatisticians, providing statistical expertise and support for clinical trials and studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data analysis.   1. Lead and manage a team of biostatisticians in the execution of clinical trials and studies.
  2. Provide statistical expertise and support to ensure accurate and high-quality data analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study designs and data analysis plans.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Oversee the development and implementation of statistical models and methods.
  6. Review and interpret study results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  7. Mentor and train junior biostatisticians on statistical methodologies and best practices.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new techniques and technologies into statistical analyses.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and external partners.
  10. Participate in the development of new products and services, providing statistical input and expertise.
  11. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of statistical analyses and project progress.
  13. Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and other scientific events.
  14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the biostatistics team.
  15. Collaborate with management to set goals and objectives for the team and evaluate performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Biostatistics Or Related Field, Such As Statistics Or Bioinformatics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Biostatistics Role, Preferably Within The Life Sciences Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software And Programming Languages, Such As Sas, R, And Python.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Analysis, Including Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Mentor Junior Biostatisticians.
