
Key Account Manager - Chromatography Consumables

- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the chromatography consumables division.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling chromatography consumables to key accounts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Keep abreast of advancements and developments in chromatography techniques and products to effectively communicate with customers.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Travel to customer sites and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Chromatography Consumables Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Key Accounts And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Knowledge Of Chromatography Techniques And Applications, As Well As The Competitive Landscape.
