IT Scheduling QA/Analyst
Ensure system quality via QA activities including but not limited to writing and executing test cases, coordinating testing with other teams and resolving defects with our vendor partner. Analyze business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and/or required functional enhancements, and documenting business processes and procedures. Develop a knowledge management capability for scheduling processes. Perform data analysis related to scheduling. Work with Finance to track the business impacts of scheduling.
Minimum 3+ years of applicable professional experience
1 or more years of experience with process mapping, process improvements or related experience
Field service, field service operations or service IT experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become expert in business processes
