  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding all aspects of their interactive response technology needs.
  3. Oversee the implementation and management of interactive response technology systems for clinical trials.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and support to clients.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for managing and troubleshooting interactive response technology systems.
  6. Monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Lead and participate in client meetings to discuss project progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide updates on new products and services.
  8. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  9. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support clients.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in interactive response technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and processes into the company's offerings.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to interactive response technology and clinical trials.
  12. Develop and maintain metrics to measure and report on team performance and client satisfaction.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent any disruptions to client services.
  14. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication and resolution of any issues.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role Within The Clinical Research Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Irt Systems And Experience With Their Implementation, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Clients.
