  1. Maintain accurate inventory records for all products and materials.
  2. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate any potential shortages or excesses.
  4. Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of inventory.
  5. Utilize inventory management software to track and manage inventory levels.
  6. Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  7. Prepare and process purchase orders for inventory items.
  8. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
  9. Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues related to inventory shipments or orders.
  10. Prepare and submit inventory reports on a regular basis.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in inventory management.
  12. Train and support other team members on inventory management processes and procedures.
  13. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Or Distribution Environment.

  • Proficiency In Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Inventory Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
