
Inside Sales Representative - Criminal Justice and Forensics (East)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Thermo Fisher Scientific's products, services, and solutions in the criminal justice and forensics industries.
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the East region, including law enforcement agencies, crime labs, and forensic science departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Thermo Fisher Scientific's technologies and solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the criminal justice and forensics markets.
- Work closely with the regional sales team to ensure alignment and coordination in sales efforts.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to expand Thermo Fisher Scientific's presence and generate leads.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Continuously develop and improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Forensics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Inside Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Criminal Justice Or Forensic Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Criminal Justice System And Forensic Techniques.
