  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive new business and revenue growth in the DACH region.
  2. Identify and target potential clients within the scientific industry, including universities, research institutions, and biotech/pharmaceutical companies.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs in order to effectively position our products and services.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  5. Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to develop customized solutions for clients and address any customer concerns.
  7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Thermo Fisher Scientific and expand our customer base.
  10. Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and market data in CRM system.
  12. Adhere to company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Thermo Fisher Scientific, representing our company and values in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In A Scientific Or Healthcare Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving New Business Growth

  • Knowledge Of The Dach Region Market And Fluency In German Language Is Highly Desirable.
