- Identify and target potential clients within the scientific industry, including universities, research institutions, and biotech/pharmaceutical companies.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs in order to effectively position our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to develop customized solutions for clients and address any customer concerns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Thermo Fisher Scientific and expand our customer base.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and market data in CRM system.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In A Scientific Or Healthcare Industry
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving New Business Growth
Knowledge Of The Dach Region Market And Fluency In German Language Is Highly Desirable.
