
FSP CRA (Level II)

As a CRA, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge clinical trials and make a meaningful impact on patient lives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical data collected at investigator sites. - Conduct clinical site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with project timelines and protocol requirements.
- Review and verify clinical site documentation to ensure compliance with protocol, GCP, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor patient safety and ensure the accurate and timely reporting of adverse events.
- Communicate with clinical site personnel to ensure timely and accurate data collection and resolution of data queries.
- Track and report on site performance and escalate any issues to the project team as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure study milestones are achieved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation, including site visit reports, monitoring reports, and study files.
- Participate in study team meetings and provide updates on site progress and issues.
- Adhere to company and industry standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality data is collected.
- Mentor and coach junior CRAs on study protocols, processes, and regulations.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Stay current with industry developments and attend training and development programs as required.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and ethical conduct in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Health-Related Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience As A Cra In A Clinical Research Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Ich/Gcp Guidelines And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Study Sites And Internal Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Electronic Data Capture (Edc) And Clinical Trial Management Systems (Ctms).
