  1. Conduct thorough financial analysis and forecasting to support decision making for commercial business units.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and provide strategic insights to drive business growth.
  3. Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and track the financial performance of commercial business units, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations.
  9. Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their financial analysis skills and support their professional growth.
  10. Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Continuously improve and streamline financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  13. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.
  14. Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed to support the overall goals of the Commercial Finance team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Commercial Or Corporate Finance Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Concepts And Principles, Including Financial Modeling, Budgeting, And Forecasting.

  • Experience With Financial Systems And Tools, Such As Sap, Hyperion, And Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Finance Stakeholders.
