
Field Service Engineer, Immuno Diagnostics

- Provide technical support to customers for our immunoassay instruments, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on immunoassay instruments to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our immunoassay instruments.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and product updates to ensure expert knowledge and support for customers.
- Document all service activities, including customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to provide feedback and insights from customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Thermo Fisher Scientific, promoting our company values and mission to customers.
- Adhere to company and industry safety standards and protocols while performing service activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Field Service Engineering Role, Preferably In The Immuno Diagnostics Industry.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Laboratory Instrumentation And Equipment.
Strong Knowledge Of Computer Systems And Software Used In Laboratory Instrumentation.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
