- Perform on-site maintenance and support for a variety of scientific equipment and instruments.
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and solve complex issues with equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by effectively communicating and addressing their needs and concerns.

- Travel to different client locations as needed to provide on-site support.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for process improvements.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards work and adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Service Or Technical Support.
Strong Knowledge Of Scientific Instrumentation And Related Software.
Ability To Travel Frequently, Including Overnight Stays, To Service Equipment At Customer Sites.
