- Provide technical support and service to customers for Thermo Fisher Scientific products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to instrument operations and maintenance systems (IOMS).
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to install, maintain, and repair equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, including detailed reports and documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with product developments and changes in technology to provide the best possible support to customers.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
