  1. Provide technical support and service to customers for Thermo Fisher Scientific products.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to instrument operations and maintenance systems (IOMS).
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  4. Conduct on-site visits to install, maintain, and repair equipment.
  5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and resolve customer concerns.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service visits, including detailed reports and documentation.
  8. Keep up-to-date with product developments and changes in technology to provide the best possible support to customers.
  9. Provide training and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  10. Adhere to all safety and quality standards while performing job duties.
  11. Travel to customer sites as needed, often on short notice.
  12. Work independently and efficiently to meet service goals and deadlines.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  14. Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay current with industry developments.
  16. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
  17. Keep management informed of any potential issues or concerns related to customer satisfaction.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  19. Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  20. Complete all required training and certifications to maintain job proficiency.

Job Qualifications
