  1. Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific's laboratory instruments and equipment.
  2. Perform maintenance services on a regular basis to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laboratory instruments and equipment.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, including timely response to inquiries and concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  6. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
  7. Continuously stay updated on new technologies and products in the field to provide the best support to clients.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures in regards to safety, documentation, and quality standards.
  9. Communicate with clients to schedule service calls and provide updates on service requests.
  10. Travel to client sites as needed to perform on-site maintenance and repairs.
  11. Provide training and support to clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive representation of the company at all times.

Job Qualifications
