  1. Provide exceptional technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services.
  2. Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities to perform installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and training on equipment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including understanding their needs and providing recommendations for product upgrades or enhancements.
  5. Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues reported and resolutions provided.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and product developments to provide expert knowledge and support to customers.
  7. Act as a technical resource for team members and provide mentorship and training to less experienced engineers.
  8. Adhere to all company and industry safety regulations and protocols during on-site visits.
  9. Travel to customer sites as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention by proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  11. Report and escalate any product issues or customer concerns to management for further action.
  12. Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and protocols, and adhere to them at all times.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Thermo Fisher Scientific positively at all times.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Thermo Fisher Scientific, promoting our products and services to potential customers.
  15. Complete all required training and certifications to maintain and enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Field Service Or Related Technical Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Scientific Instrumentation And Laboratory Equipment

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability To Work Independently And Travel Extensively (Up To 75%) To Customer Sites For Installations, Repairs, And Maintenance.
