- Provide technical expertise and support in the field of qPCR/Sample Prep instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance of qPCR/Sample Prep instruments at customer sites.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of qPCR/Sample Prep instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
- Keep accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide the best service to customers.
- Identify potential improvement opportunities and share feedback with relevant teams.

- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and service.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Field Service Or A Related Technical Field.
