  1. Provide technical expertise and support for Thermo Fisher Scientific's state-of-the-art trace elemental analysis instrumentation.
  2. Assist customers in utilizing cutting-edge technology to solve complex analytical challenges.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert in trace elemental analysis, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customers' specific needs.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations to educate customers on the capabilities and benefits of Thermo Fisher Scientific's instrumentation.
  6. Travel to customer sites to provide on-site training, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique research needs and providing tailored solutions.
  8. Act as a liaison between customers and Thermo Fisher Scientific, providing valuable feedback and insights to improve products and services.
  9. Participate in industry conferences and events to promote Thermo Fisher Scientific's trace elemental analysis solutions and build brand awareness.
  10. Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in trace elemental analysis and related fields to stay current in the scientific community and provide top-notch support to customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Trace Elemental Analysis Techniques, Including Icp-Ms, Icp-Oes, And Aa.

  • Strong Understanding Of Analytical Chemistry Principles And Laboratory Instrumentation.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To A Diverse Audience.

  • Prior Experience In Customer-Facing Roles, Such As Technical Support Or Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Customers.

  • Advanced Degree In Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Relevant Experience In A Laboratory Or Industry Setting.
