  1. Provide technical expertise and support for XRF and Spark OES technologies.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and train customers on the proper use of our scientific instruments.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective customer training programs.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in scientific instrumentation.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  6. Analyze customer data and offer solutions to help them achieve their analytical goals.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
  8. Contribute to the development of new products and applications by providing feedback and suggestions from customers.
  9. Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at conferences and trade shows, presenting on our products and services.
  10. Create and maintain training materials and documentation for our products.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  12. Continuously improve and update knowledge of XRF and Spark OES technologies and techniques.
  13. Identify and pursue opportunities for customer training and support.
  14. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  15. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to management.
  16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  17. Travel to customer sites as needed for training and support.
  18. Communicate effectively with internal teams to share customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  19. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges with customers.
  20. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Thermo Fisher Scientific through your expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With X-Ray Fluorescence (Xrf) And Spark Optical Emission Spectroscopy (Oes) Technology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Analytical Chemistry Principles And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Customers On Thermo Fisher Scientific's Xrf And Spark Oes Instruments.

  • Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Technical Support Or Training Capacity.

  • Advanced Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Abilities, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Resolving Technical Issues Related To Xrf And Spark Oes Instrumentation.
