  1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all company facilities to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  2. Develop and implement effective facility management policies and procedures.
  3. Manage and coordinate all facility-related projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to understand their facility needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
  6. Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
  7. Monitor and track facility budget and expenses.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
  9. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
  10. Oversee the security of all facilities and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Train and supervise facilities staff, including janitors and maintenance technicians.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and provide regular updates on facility-related matters.
  13. Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values in all facility-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Manufacturing Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Security.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience Overseeing Large-Scale Facility Improvement Projects.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
