- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all company facilities to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement effective facility management policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate all facility-related projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their facility needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor and track facility budget and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Oversee the security of all facilities and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and supervise facilities staff, including janitors and maintenance technicians.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and provide regular updates on facility-related matters.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management.
- Uphold the company's mission and values in all facility-related activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Manufacturing Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Security.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience Overseeing Large-Scale Facility Improvement Projects.
Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
