Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Executive Recruiting, Specifically In The Clinical Research And Life Sciences Industry.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Executive Recruitment, Including Sourcing Strategies And Candidate Assessment Techniques.
