- Provide technical support to executive-level employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and assisting with network connectivity.
- Act as the main point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from executive-level employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Proactively monitor and maintain the technology systems used by executives, including laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment.
- Collaborate with other members of the IT Support team to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization of IT systems and processes.
- Communicate with executives in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise instructions and explanations.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all executive-level devices and data, following company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the setup and support of audio-visual equipment for executive meetings and presentations.
- Document and maintain records of all IT support requests and resolutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to executive-level employees, building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of technology resources.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline IT support processes.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Support, Preferably In A Leadership Or Liaison Role
Strong Knowledge Of It Systems And Applications, Including Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders
Proven Track Record Of Project Management And Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
