  1. Provide technical support to executive-level employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and assisting with network connectivity.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from executive-level employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  3. Proactively monitor and maintain the technology systems used by executives, including laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the IT Support team to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization of IT systems and processes.
  6. Communicate with executives in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise instructions and explanations.
  7. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all executive-level devices and data, following company policies and procedures.
  8. Assist with the setup and support of audio-visual equipment for executive meetings and presentations.
  9. Document and maintain records of all IT support requests and resolutions.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to executive-level employees, building and maintaining positive relationships.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of technology resources.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline IT support processes.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Support, Preferably In A Leadership Or Liaison Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of It Systems And Applications, Including Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders

  • Proven Track Record Of Project Management And Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
