We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director of Business Development for our Key Accounts in the BioPharma division of our Central Labs.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth for key accounts in the BioPharma division of Central Labs.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BioPharma industry, including potential collaborations, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers at key accounts.
  4. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decisions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business plans.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and network with potential clients.
  9. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
  11. Uphold the company's values and policies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance the company's reputation and market position through excellent customer service and business practices.
  13. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
