  1. Collaborate with suppliers to develop and maintain strong partnerships to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  2. Perform regular supplier audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to evaluate and qualify new suppliers and their products.
  4. Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and track progress towards improvement goals.
  5. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of supplier-related issues.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  8. Conduct regular product and process reviews with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation.
  10. Support the development and implementation of supplier development strategies and initiatives.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier communication and activities.
  12. Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations to drive favorable outcomes for the company.
  13. Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Supplier Development Or Quality Engineering Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supplier Quality Management Systems And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.

  • Ability To Travel Domestically And Internationally As Needed To Support Supplier Development Activities.
