  1. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products to ensure quality and reliability.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues.
  4. Monitor and track product defects and work with engineering teams to address and resolve them.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance processes and results.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
  7. Review and provide feedback on product designs to ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards related to quality assurance.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on quality assurance efforts.
  11. Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Mentor and train junior quality assurance engineers.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and product management, to ensure a high level of quality throughout the product development process.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to quality assurance and safety.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes to meet the changing needs of the company and industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Medical Or Life Science Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Experience With Testing Methodologies And Tools, Including Automated Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
