
Engineer III, Manufacturing Engineering

- Design and implement manufacturing processes to support the production of high-quality products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation in manufacturing processes
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry developments to continuously improve processes
- Analyze data and utilize statistical methods to identify and troubleshoot process issues
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processes
- Create and maintain accurate documentation, including process flowcharts, specifications, and reports
- Participate in process validation and verification activities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on manufacturing processes and procedures
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and qualify new materials and equipment for process improvement
- Continuously monitor and improve production efficiency and quality metrics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive cost-saving measures
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Life Sciences Or Medical Device Industry.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Experience With Engineering Design And Analysis Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Machining, Injection Molding, And Assembly.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Execute Complex Engineering Projects.
